Throwback to 2020: Odeon After Dark Live
[vc_row][vc_column width="1/1"][vc_column_text]In Fall of 2020, Gamma Xi Phi introduced two emerging artists to the community: FatherSokka and Tyler Brooks. The virtual events, which occured live, were called Odeon After Dark due to the late hour. Members and friends of the fraternity logged in via Zoom and listened as FatherSokka and Tyler Brooks discussed their crafts, their creative processes, and their hopes for the future. Newark Chapter of Arts Fraternity Co-Hosts Showcase
The Newark, New Jersey Chapter of Gamma Xi Phi Professional Arts Fraternity, in conjunction with the People’s Open Mic, co-hosted an Open Mic Showcase on Wednesday, September 15, 2015, at Newark’s Gallery Aferro. The Gallery is a staple in the Newark arts community. Members of Gamma Chapter as well as individuals from the community participated in the showcase.
Gamma Xi Phi’s New National Program
On Sunday, June 14, 2015, the National Board of Trustees of Gamma Xi Phi Professional Arts Fraternity approved a new National Program. Below is a video overview of the new initiatives.
Art Show at National Harbor
The Beta Chapter of Gamma Xi Phi Professional Arts Fraternity, Inc.cosponsored "An Evening of Elegance and Art" with Spencer's Photography Services on Sunday, March 29, 2015 at the Whyndam Resorts at National Harbor, in nearby Fort Washington, Maryland. Brother Shawn Spencer exhibited enlargements of his best photographs and guests were treated to complimentary appetizers. We had an excellent time in fellowship!
